2014 is a wind (air) year affecting respiration, allergies, airborne illness, and travel (especially air travel). I talked about this last October and we’re seeing it in the news, so it’s a good time to resurface the conversation. The year began with airport shootings and currently there are air-to-surface attacks between Israel and Palestine. Tornados, drought, and wild fires all are impacted by wind. If this isn’t an ah-ha moment, I don’t know what it would take even for the most avid skeptic. We’re a little more than half way through 2014, and if you’re up for insights that will last a few more months (and better yet offer tips), then check this out.
If you’re in central Ohio, I encourage you to attend The Traveling Warrior. I’ll cover health and safety as well as organization and fun. Having lived out of a suitcase for years, and many were disaster situations, I can offer insights that are essential in today’s cautionary travel environment.
August’s energy moves the 5 star into the NW which represents travel. August 10 is a super moon which affects gravity and tides. More information about this in our tip of the month. If you’re traveling this month, consider a date analysis (our monthly special). If your interest is peaked about the year, the month, or otherwise … please contact us.

May you be exceedingly, generously, and joyfully blessed,©
Whether you are traveling for the holiday, or staying at home – there’s good news. It’s a fairly decent time to travel according to Western astrology. It’s also a good time for communication. That’s the expand part.
There may be a tendency to question yourself or others. Instead of shutting yourself or others down, and saying/thinking something can’t be done (with a litany of excuses). That’s the contract part. Make an effort to say ‘I can,’ ‘yes,’ and ‘let’s explore that.’
Energy supports overindulgence, so be responsible with your consumption (food and alcohol). That can result in expansion (weight) and contraction (consequences).
Have a wonderful holiday weekend! ~Diana
SOLD! THE OWNER WAS TRAVELING BUT LET US KNOW THE HOUSE SOLD. WE CAN HELP YOU TOO! CONTACT US IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN SELLING YOUR HOME!
I visited this 3-bedroom house in February and by early March, the house is move-in ready (important Feng Shui remedies are complete). Truly, if I were closer to Marion, OH, I’d buy it myself.
It's nature is Wang Shan, Wang Shui – the most desirable of structures. That means good earth (health, relationships) and good water (support, prosperity). There are several He Tu number combinations, which are also desirable. One can help the intelligence of male children. Another helps those who want to start a new venture or career. The SE shows good money energy.
This house is darling. Even those familiar with the house (and who know nothing about Feng Shui) have visited, felt the change, and like what they see. There’s a new furnace, hardwood floors, cozy fireplace, second kitchen downstairs (making it a fantastic game room), and I love the arbor in back.
Stop by and tell me what you think. For more information, please visit this link or call Brenda Collins, Marcieh Realty, at 740-225-5349.
Diana Garber, Feng Shui Master
Many times people ask, "doesn't that make you feel good? You said this was going to happen!" The answer to that question is no -- it really isn't rewarding when things come to fruition that could have been overted, or influenced in a way that produces better results or circumstances.
Take this month (August 2013) ... many U.S. embassies were closed due to terrorist threats. According to the timing number for this year, it is a five year and August is a five month. From a Feng Shui perspective, five means breakdown and this combination also implies significant earth changes. Coincidence? This is insight that we pass along to our clients early in the year so they can plan accordingly.
I personally had planned to stay close to home, but the world doesn't stop according to my wants and needs; therefore I have trips that have surfaced that take me to central and mountain time zones. Having the insight of 5:5 for August, I'm taking special precautions.
According to what I wrote for this month's energy, do what you can to minimize travel this month. When you do travel, be prepared for delays and problems -- and especially be aware of your surroundings. Pay attention to your intuition. It is a God-given gift.
Travel and being a road warrior are themes we planned for this month over a year ago. If that isn't an indication of why dates and energy are something that can help you minimize risk, then consider them now -- a fantastic buy (purchase now and dates can be through the end of 2013).
beYoga and Wellness Opens in Upper Arlington Where
Feng Shui Was Provided by Master Diana Garber of Intuitive Concepts
SUNBURY, OH, (June 28, 2013) The director of beYoga and Wellness, Jennifer Baryluk, said, "When I first conceptualized beYoga and Wellness, I wanted a place where students can feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. With help from Master Diana Garber of Intuitive Concepts, the yoga studio is that and much more! Students have been pleased with the calming and happy energy there, as well as the great selection of yoga classes including Hatha, prenatal, fertility, living with cancer, and yoga warriors."
The location at 1840 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, OH, was formerly a dentist’s office with a narrow hallway and several small treatment rooms. The suite now has an open floor plan and was redesigned according to Feng Shui principles. The date for the open house was also according to Feng Shui. Director Baryluk said it exceeded her expectations.
Jennifer Baryluk and Master Garber worked together before. Jennifer hired Garber when her son went into stage four leukemia. You can read more about that experience at Letters of Reference.
