Choosing a Water Fountain

How to Choose a Water Fountain
By Diana Garber, The Feng Shui Results Lady

Feng Shui means wind and water, and I'm pleased to see water fountains are easily available these days. Water is one of the primary elements needed for balance, and is used are a corrective (or "cure").

Metal empowers water. Thus, metal is needed in a water fountain. Water fountains that have metal structures are very powerful. What I see a lot these days are pottery, ceramic, or stone bases. If this is what you have, ensure there is some metal present. May I suggest that you add coins to create balance. Nine coins are very auspicious.

I prefer metal fountains, and will sometimes insert rocks or crystals to help ground the energy. Whatever your choice, work with the element wheel in the productive cycle (clockwise) to create good chi.
