If you've heard the phrase "custom don't come in a box," that's us.
While we have defined processes and procedures, every consult is unique because each building has its own energy blueprint (just like each person has theirs). Intuitive Concepts utilizes ancient methods that
incorporate geography, history of the site, structure energies, compatibility of the occupants, and more--to perform one of the most comprehensive Feng Shui services available. We use nearly a dozen sciences to diagnose
time and space influences. By the time we tackle decorating and placement, we're clear on which energies we're working with or against. Our environment is more complex than where the front door is, and plants in the
"wealth" area. All remedies are based on the five elements – fire, earth, metal, water, and wood. We often hear that Feng Shui is confusing because (in their words) of conflicting information. This may
explain some of the misperceptions about Feng Shui. Many people don't realize there are several types of Feng Shui. The more popular methods were developed in recent years and concentrate on intention, decorating,
furniture placement and objects such as statues, wind chimes, and mirrors. Just like career options and life choices, one size doesn't fit all. There are many paths to reach the same goal and it's comforting to have
options. It isn't uncommon that during a client debriefing they ask, "how do you know that?" They may inquire if their parents or siblings called us to provide inside information, or if we interviewed neighbors. The
answer is no … it's the energy of the building and just by living or working here you are predisposed to certain conditions. There isn't anything psychic, religious, or "woo woo" about classic Feng Shui. If anything,
when you live in an environment that reduces your effort and maximizes results, you have more time to be who YOU want to be. Let's face it, if it weren't for The Almighty, none of us would have an environment. Allow
me to explain. There are several aspects to life and three primary ones are destiny, luck, and Feng Shui. Destiny is beyond our control and what we're here for. Luck is what we manifest by our decisions and free will.
Feng Shui is a means to manage our environment. In other words, acknowledge our actions and take responsibility. Feng Shui can enhance the degree of fortune or minimize misfortune. Our clients obtain
specific and measurable results because we work together to identify their goals and establish quantifiable objectives.
This is why clients return year after year…they get great results, attract better energies, new circumstances surface, and their lives continue to transform. In one case, we helped a client with their original humble home and now they own several as investment properties (and in other countries). They're come back because this works. Feng Shui isn't a destination, it's a journey. Some call us their guardian angel because we monitor and advise beyond their expectations. It's fair to say 80% of our business is due to word of mouth. We're honored and blessed! See our
testimonies.
How are classic Feng Shui consultations performed?
Personal Analysis determines your Chinese trigram and horoscope, evaluates good and not so good directions and makes predictions for the current year (among many other things).
On-site Analysis
is a comprehensive consultation anywhere in the United States or abroad, and currently in the English language. A residential consult typically produces a 60+ page report.Telephone Analysis
is an intensive two-hour telephone consultation and may involve e-mail, fax and U.S. mail. This conversation is recorded and sent to you. What determines the cost of a classic Feng Shui analysis?A proper diagnosis of symptoms is
necessary for a successful cure. Similarly, in classic Feng Shui a correct analysis, or evaluation, is the starting point for a proper resolution. During the survey, we first observe the surrounding landscape. To do this, we observe the flow of ch'i in the
landscape and ensure the building receives the most beneficial energy. Landscape design features are then suggested to be used to eliminate disturbances from inauspicious sources.Secondly, the interior is
analyzed to ensure a proper flow of ch'i in every room to maximize energy flow and elemental balance. At this stage, the furniture layout is important and we recommend appropriate design features for better results. The third phase is the most critical. The ch'i components are analyzed in detail. Just as white light passing through a prism is divided into electromagnetic spectrum colors, so the flow of ch'i is divided
into branches of energy vibrating at different frequencies. This process of analysis shows whether a site's energetic field is balanced using the geomancer's compass to find the magnetic pole, establish the building's
orientation, and combine this information with others derived by knowing the date of construction of the building. Then, we consult on natural elemental objects and colors (belonging to missing energy
frequencies that can be introduced) to recreate harmony. This analysis is applied to every room of the house to ensure total balance. The fourth phase involves compatibility of the building with its primary
inhabitants. We pay more detailed attention to space and color, as well as bed and desk orientation, favoring the options most beneficial to the inhabitants. The results of such an evaluation will create
detailed guidelines involving furniture layout and interior design in the case of an existing building. For new construction, design development concepts are provided for new buildings or remodeling.
The classic Feng Shui practitioner then schedules a follow-up appointment to:
- Review your traditional Feng Shui strategies (a detailed report is provided)
- Determine an action plan
- Conduct a satisfaction survey
