What determines the cost of an classic Feng Shui analysis?
Price depends on many factors, such as:
- The square footage of the building, or size of acreage
- Whether a floor plan or survey is provided
- The number of people the analysis is customized for
- Travel considerations
- Whether the client wants to perform modifications, or have the consultant make them
As an example, an unfurnished building involves less than a furnished one.
Many times I hear of per-hour charges ($150 to $2,600 thus far). While that appears like a bargain, what does
one get for an hour? Does the practitioner come to the home? Do they walk through and advise on each room? Do they concentrate on placement of objects, or is an analysis done on the type of home and your
compatibility there?
A thorough analysis and report can take several weeks. Ensure you're getting the most for your investment!

Is there a charge to discuss whether this is for me? An appointment needs to be scheduled to explore high-level traditional Feng Shui principles, and possible impacts to the area and you. Once an
agreement is made (and it is a collaborative decision) to pursue the consultation, a fee is agreed upon. It's not until that point that an analysis begins and a charge applies.
Is there a charge to talk with groups? There is not currently a fee for groups, however travel expenses are paid by the sponsoring group. Our belief is that money should not be the motive, and sharing
of knowledge is good karma. Although the company has to make money to survive, our mission is to help others. We do a lot of not-for-profit and volunteer lectures. How is payment handled? The
consultation price is based on many factors, as described above. Once the client and consultant agree to proceed with the consultation and fee, one-half of the fee is paid at that time. The remaining portion
is due upon receipt of the final report and walk-through. Preferred tender is check, money order, or cash. Analysis
