Intuitive Concepts, Inc.Happy New Year One and All, Were your holidays filled with joy? Did you take time to reflect on the ending year, and contemplate the future? That's how I utilize my holiday
time -- evaluate positive impacts and if there were any failures, and make action plans to continue to make the world a better place. My definition of failure is not to learn from a mistake, and so failure is not an
option. In the action-planning process there are so many considerations. To maximize success I consider the following before my calendar starts to fill (not necessarily in this order):
- Home and office Feng Shui changes due to the New Year
- Chinese astrology and impacts on us
- Day-selection calendar (good and bad days for events and individuals -- Good Days
- Astrology and planetary influences -- see
2003 - A Yearly Glimpse
Then I schedule time for the following:
- Flow of love and health (family and friends)
- Flow of success (business integrity)
- Flow of wealth (financial integrity and charity)
- Flow of self expression and development
- Travel and holidays
- Flow for community (volunteering)
If you've done Franklin-Covey (Benjamin Franklin and Stephen Covey) training, you know Stephen suggests we make time for the big rocks. If you haven't been exposed to this theory, it means that if we don't make time
for important activities or tasks toward long-term goals, the small stuff (sand) will take over. Similar to the question, 'what happens while you're making plans?' The answer is life. There's still time for
